BEGINNING HOT YOGA 

is a step-by-step introduction to hot yoga.  This challenging hatha yoga class is ideal for students wishing to start their yoga journey and seasoned yogis looking for a gateway into vinyasa.  Each class includes sun salutations, balancing postures, separate leg postures, abdominal work, back bends and hip-openers. Students will benefit from postures that burn fat, tone muscle, improve circulation and strengthen the immune system. (room heated 88-93 degrees)

VINYASA

follows the flow of breath through sequences of interweaving asanas (postures) that change from class to class.  Vinyasa Yoga (also called "Flow" or "Power Yoga") is a popular form of traditional hatha yoga that focuses on integrating intention, breath and movement.  The postures are strung together creating strength and flexibility.  Vinyasa as a form is always evolving and teachers weave together wisdom teachings, poetry and music to inspire intuitive and pure states of consciousness.   Be ready to sweat.  This class is based on the teachings of Baron Baptiste, Shiva Rea, Jivamukti and many others. (room heated to 93 degrees)

VINYASA 2-3

is an extension of vinyasa geared to challenge advanced students.  By exploring more difficult postures like arm balances and inversions, we are reminded of the true path of yoga. We let go of the ego and surrender to the moment allowing the true self to shine through.

HOT 26

is a twenty-six posture series that systematically moves fresh, oxygenated blood to one hundred percent of your body, thus restoring all systems to healthy working order, just as nature intended. Proper weight, muscle tone, vibrant good health and a sense of well-being will automatically follow. (room heated 98-100 degrees)

MEN’S YOGA

is a one hour class catering to the particular needs of men.  It will trim your belly and make you sweat.(room heated to 93 degrees)

BODHI INTEGRATED SERIES

is a class inspired by our direct study with Eric Schiffmann, Shiva Rae, Baron Baptiste, Jivamukti, Manju Jois and Ramanond Patel.   This evolving series combines strengthening and opening variations unique to each one of these teachers.  Perfect for beginning to advanced students.
